Welcome to CCIETalk.com, a blog dedicated to my journey to achieve the most sought after NUMBER. I had been planning on starting my CCIE Lab prep since jan 2008 but tough schedule at work and loads of new projects were keeping me away. I passed my CCIE Written in Jan 2008 and started building my home lab right after. I purchased Internetwork Expert's End-to-End CCIE R&S training program to help me keep on track. As of today I am finished with the Class-on-Demand videos and took tons of notes during the journey (around 150pages).

My plan was very simple through out. I would watch a section and then go finish up the related labs in the IEWB Vol1. This helped me in isolating the various technologies even though I am not perfect in them as of yet.
