Hi I am Marc. We are here today to talk about how do you make WebEx meetings more productive. I don't know about you, but I am on six to eight Cisco WebEx meetings a week where I have to share my video. (Cisco EX60 arrow) On some of those there is a distraction. Either someone turns up late to the meeting, they have a pet barking in the background or someone shares the wrong part of their desktop so we would love to hear from you as well. What are your tips and tricks to get the most out of the meetings We will be opening up a website right after this where you can share your stories and advice to help others. When was the last time you joined a Cisco WebEx Meeting and someone wore something totally inappropriate. People often forget you share video when you are on a WebEx meeting and you are visible from the waist up so it is important to look as professional as possible. Here's a few tips. Avoid loud patterns, avoid highlighted colors, fluorescents and of course avoid Hawaiian shirts. You sometimes feel like your Bluetooth headset is glued to your ear? You left home on time but you end up stuck in a traffic jam or behind an accident. These days, everyone is on the move with the new Cisco WebEx mobile applications for the iPhone, Blackberry, iPad and Android you might well find yourself logging into a meeting while still in the car.
